Management Team

Jeff Maccagnone, President and CEO of Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS), has 36 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jeff has held leadership roles across the organization since joining MBS in 1998 as the head trader in the company’s Michigan office. He has served as President of MBS since 2012 and assumed the additional role of CEO in 2026 as part of a planned leadership transition.

During his tenure at MBS, Jeff co-founded the MBS underwriting department and the eConnectDirect^® investment platform. He has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s national presence, strengthening its institutional client relationships and investing in its technology platform. He has also expanded the firm’s product offerings, improved operational workflows and recruited key employees who have strengthened the organization. He continues to leverage his bond trading expertise to benefit our customer base in his expanded role as President and CEO.

Jeff graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in economics and worked at Bear Sterns prior to joining MBS. He has attained several FINRA licenses, including a General Securities Representative (Series 7), a Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63), a General Securities Principal (Series 24) and a Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53).
