List of Fees

The Firm does not offer any services or products that have fees or costs to retail investors.

Institutional investors MAY be charged a fee for the pledging of assets held in custody at Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company (Pershing). This is a fee charged by Pershing, charged monthly out of the interest income received into the pledge account. The cost of a Pershing pledge account is between 10 and 20 basis points. Contact your account representative for more information if interested.

CMOs

Government agency backing applies only to the face value of a CMO and not to any premium paid. Complex products are not suitable for all investors.
