Management Team

Diane Oberlitner joined Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS) in 2011 as the director of the Human Resources Department, with her primary focus on staffing and recruiting. She has more than 35 years of experience in the human resources industry, with an emphasis in organizational development, designing company policies and procedures and management of safety and risk processes.

Prior to her position with MBS, she served as the human resources director for more than 60 clients in the professional employer organization industry, where she provided strategic guidance on talent acquisition and retention, professional development and performance evaluation by aligning initiatives to meet business goals. In previous roles, Diane led a team of human resource professionals in automotive staffing and recruiting for the Big Three. She played a pivotal role in instituting an acquisition team to assist in a turnaround and start-up of a newly purchased company.

Diane earned a Bachelor of Business from the University of Mississippi. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, gardening, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.
